DiPrima Leads Heat With Two Goals

The Harrisburg Heat defeated the St. Louis Ambush 7-6 on Friday night at the Equine Arena.   The Heat were led by Danny DiPrima with two goals while Alejandro Chavez, Michael Cunningham, Robert Williamson, Malcolm Harris and Dom Francis all scored one goal.

Robert Williamson got the game winning goal scoring with thirty-five seconds remaining in the game.  Assists for the Heat were recorded by DiPrima, Cunningham, Francis, Brad Kerstetter and David Mellor.  William Banahene had an excellent game in the nets with fifteen saves.

Banahene was supported by an outstanding defensive effort.  Matt Braem, Brad Kerstetter, Robert Williamson and Alexis Robles all had two blocks.

The St. Louis Ambush were led by forwards, JT Thomas and Daduca Carvalho, who had three and two goals respectively.  William Eskay also scored for the Ambush.  Pollo Cortes had ten saves.

The Harrisburg Heat return home again this Saturday with a game against the Baltimore Blast.  Game time is 7:05 PM.
