The Heat lost their first game away from the friendly confines of the Farm Show Arena in a 7-5 final to the Tropics in Lakeland, Florida.
Indoor veteran, Freddy Moojen playing in his 185th game opened the scoring early, giving the Tropics a 1-0 lead. Guilherme Dos Santos scored the next goal, his first of his three to give the Tropics a 2-0 advantage.
Behind goals from Ricardo Carvalho and Nelson Santana, Harrisburg tied the game at two deep in the second quarter. Florida would extend their lead to 4-2 before the break and ultimately it was a lead they would not surrender.
The Heat notched a valiant comeback with three goals in the fourth quarter from Dominic Francis, Daniel Villela and Carvalho.
Harrisburg (1-2), just kicking off a 6 game road trip, will next travel from Florida onto Utica, New York to take on City FC on Sunday afternoon at 2PM .
