No one said it would be easy. Six straight road games with five against arguably two of the top five teams in the league in Utica and Baltimore but the Heat are proving they are a lot better than a now 1-6 record would indicate following a tough 6-4 loss in Utica, New York on Sunday afternoon.

Playing without an injured Dominic Francis, the Heat’s first goal was scored by Tavoy Morgan; who subsequently was out for the game following his third goal of the weekend. Also notching goals for Harrisburg were Danny DiPrima, Tom Mellor (power play) and Patrick Thompson.

In net, Matt Perrella who played in both games on the weekend made five saves for the Heat.

For Utica, Slavisa Ubiparipovic scored two goals with Liam Callahan, Mohamed Kenawy, Domenico Vitale and Ben Ramin also netting goals. Andrew Coughlin, who is having himself a great season made nine saves to pick up the win for the division leading Utica City FC.

Harrisburg returns to play next Saturday night in a rematch against the Baltimore Blast at Secu Arena in Towson, Maryland; their last of the six road games before returning to the Farm Show to take on the same opposition as their weekend in a double home slate. Friday January 25th is set for a 7.35 pm kick off against Utica City and Saturday, January January 26th at 7.05pm versus the Baltimore Blast.

Tickets for both games and all remaining games are available at harrisburgheat.com/schedule.
