Hugo Silva, a 6’2” goalkeeper from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, returns to the Harrisburg Heat after five successful seasons with the Florida Tropics. Silva, who previously played for the Heat during the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons, made an immediate impact as a rookie, posting a 5.55 goals-against average, the fifth-best in the MASL, and helping the Heat reach the playoffs. Over his MASL career, he has started 61 games with a 22-33 record, a .684 save percentage, and a 6.29 GAA. Known for his offensive flair as well, Silva has scored three goals and recorded 13 assists, including memorable goals from long range. Named the Florida Tropics MVP in 2018-19, he recorded a career-best 291 saves and a .652 save percentage that season. Last year, despite being limited to three games due to visa issues, he went 2-1 with 39 saves and an impressive .830 save percentage. Jorge Navarrete, a graduate of Southeastern University, is a goalkeeper with extensive experience, entering the 2023-24 MASL season. During the 2021-2022 season with the Florida Tropics, Navarrete appeared in two games, earning one win and recording 29 saves with a .707 save percentage and a 6.10 goals-against average over 118 minutes. A four-year starter at Southeastern University, he appeared in 64 games, posting a 1.566 GAA and a 39-17 record. Navarrete also served as the backup to Hugo Silva for Tropics SC during their UPSL National Championship-winning season. A graduate of Plant City High School, he excelled in soccer, football, and tennis.

Jake Dengler, born October 14, 1999, is a versatile defender currently playing for South Georgia Tormenta in USL League One and the Harrisburg Heat in the MASL. A product of The John Carroll School, Pipeline Soccer Club, and Baltimore Armour, he captained Armour to their first playoff appearance and earned 2016-17 USSDA Best XI honors. In college, he excelled at Community College of Baltimore County, Loyola University Maryland, and the University of Connecticut, earning NJCAA All-America honors and scoring a total of 14 goals across his collegiate career. Dengler also played in the NPSL for FC Baltimore Christos, scoring four goals over two seasons. Professionally, he debuted with Loudoun United in the USL Championship, joined NISA’s Maryland Bobcats—where he was named team MVP—and signed with Tormenta in 2022. In August 2024, he brought his talent to the Harrisburg Heat, where he continues to showcase his defensive strength.

Drafted with the fifth pick in the first round of the 2022 MASL Combine, Grant has continued to grow as a key contributor for the Heat. He attended Gardner-Webb University and Robert Morris University, where he finished his collegiate career with the third-highest save percentage in the country during his senior season. In his youth soccer career, Grant was a Futsal National Champion in 2017, showcasing his exceptional skills from an early age.

A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in computer science, Mike was a three-sport varsity athlete at Milwaukee Lutheran High School, excelling in soccer, track, and basketball, where he earned two-time All-American and All-Conference honors.
