Harrisburg Plays Division Rival Utica City FC on Friday Night, Baltimore Blast Saturday Night

The Harrisburg Heat return home this weekend to play back to back games on Friday and Saturday against Utica City FC and the Baltimore Blast. Game time on Friday is 7:35 PM. Kick off on Saturday is 7:05 PM. Both games are at the Equine Arena located in the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex.

The Harrisburg Heat are currently seven points behind Utica City FC for the fifth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference of the Major Arena Soccer League. Teams receive three points for a win in regulation time, two points for wins in overtime and one point for a loss in overtime. Therefore the Heat are effectively 2 and one half games behind Utica with nine games to play in the 2022/2023 MASL regular season. The Heat have six home games during that stretch with three games on the road.

Captain, Danny DiPrima, and midfielder, Malcolm Harris lead the team in points this season with thirteen. DiPrima leads the team in goals with ten while recording three assists this season. Harris has eight goals and five assists this year.
Harrisburg has also been involved in some player transactions lately picking up Mike DaSilva, Lesia Thetsane and Richard Schmermund in trades.
