The Major Arena Soccer League has decided to end the 2019-2020 regular season effective immediately. The league’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to act in the best interests of the players, staff and fans of the league.
The Harrisburg Heat defeated Utica City FC 5-3 in a game played at the Farm Show Arena in Harrisburg. After being down 2-1 at the half, the Heat outscored Utica 4-1 in the second half to secure the victory.
The Harrisburg Heat are looking forward to coming home to the Farm Show Arena for their final four regular season games in the Major Arena Soccer League. On Wednesday, the Heat take on Utica City FC at 7:05PM.
The Heat were led offensively by Tavoy Morgan and Dylan Hundelt. Morgan had two goals and one assist while Hundelt also scored two goals in the game.
The Harrisburg Heat defeated the Baltimore Blast 9-5 Sunday. The Heat improved their record to 12-7 and move ahead of Baltimore into fourth place in the Eastern Conference.
Returning home after a five game road trip, the Heat jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. The win puts the Heat’s record at 11-7.
After five straight games on the road, the Heat eturn to the friendly confines of the Farm Show Arena for games on Saturday and Sunday.
The loss drops the Heat to fifth place in the Eastern Conference just one half game behind Baltimore as the Heat look to qualify for the playoffs.
The Heat have split their first four games on this trip and and have a 10-6 record, which puts them in fourth place in the Eastern Conference. The top four teams advance to the playoffs.
