The Harrisburg Heat made a powerful and memorable return to Hersheypark Arena this weekend, delivering two commanding victories while reigniting the energy of professional indoor soccer in Hershey.
In front of an energized hometown crowd, the Heat defeated FC Baltimore 1729 on Friday night in decisive fashion, 15–2. The offensive attack was relentless from the opening whistle, with the Heat jumping out to a 5–0 lead in the first quarter.
Thiago Freitas Da Silva led the charge with a standout performance, contributing multiple goals and assists, while key scoring support came from Vinicius Dantas, Bruno Henrique, RJ Fuentes, and Victor Parreiras. The Heat outshot Baltimore 37–12, showcasing dominance on both ends of the field.
The momentum carried into Saturday night as the Heat delivered an even more emphatic performance, shutting out the Salisbury Steaks 18–0. The defense held strong for a complete team shutout while the offense continued to fire on all cylinders.
Vinicius Dantas paced the scoring effort with five goals, while Andrew Wivell, Bruno Henrique, and RJ Fuentes added to the tally in a well-balanced offensive showcase. The Heat controlled the pace throughout, outshooting Salisbury 38–17.
