The Harrisburg Heat have been busy gearing up for their Home Opener on December 1st as new Head Coach Pat Healey continues to improve the team. After a successful training camp, the Heat announced today the signing of four players. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Joining the Heat are two goalkeepers. William Banahene, who played for the Rochester Lancers and had a great camp, impressing coaches, teammates and fans. Also having an impressive camp was Matt Perrella, a goalkeeper with previous MASL experience from New York.
In addition, the Heat signed Julian Escobar and William Eskay. Escobar comes to Harrisburg with extensive futsal and prior MASL experience . Eskay is a local player who is ready to follow up on his impressive D1 career at William & Mary.
To make room on the roster, the Heat traded Douglas Dos Santos to the St Louis Ambush and released Azat Bikbulatov.
