Heat Hoping Home Field Advantage Brings Another Exciting Win

Harrisburg (1-2) is looking for a repeat of excitement and WINS from their last home game when they face off against the Florida Tropics on Friday at 7:35 p.m. at Freedmont Mortgage Field at the PA Farm Show Complex Large Arena. Practicing all week, they are taking no time off to focus on accomplishing victory following a disappointing loss last week against Syracuse.

“Turkey will have to wait for us tomorrow,” said Coach Denison Cabral. “We are not taking the day off. We are serious about turning the record around. Last time at home was awesome with a great win. We will take no rest.”

The Heat is prepared to bring the same excitement against the Florida Tropics as they did against Milwaukee on November 12. The Heat defeated the Milwaukee Wave in OT with Fernando Gatica making the tying and winning goals. The Tropics kick off back to back games on Friday and will aggressively look to win.

“They will come out pumped, ready to knock down the first game in their series,” remarked Cabral. “We need to be prepared for this. We will continue working to protect the home turf.”

Harrisburg Heat’s Black Friday, November 25 game will be a great fan experience. Doors opening at 6:00 p.m, a big shopping event with a Vendor Fair and and visit from Santa will keep the Home game day event momentum going.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:05 pm on Saturday. Tickets are available at https://harrisburgheat.com/tickets/.
